Includes Hot and Cold Canapes and beverages
Ladies Breakfast - 9:00am on Friday the 26/10/18 - Plaza Ballroom Hyatt Regency
Includes a cooked breakfast
Registration Fee for Grand Installation Weekend (Payable per attendee) which includes a complimentary ticket to the Grand Installation - 6:00pm on Friday the 26/10/2018
Grand Banquet - 27/10/18 - 6:30pm - Grand Ballroom Hyatt Regency
Includes a three course meal and beverages with entertainment
Optional Optus Stadium Tour - 28/10/18 - 11:00am - Optus Stadium
Optus Stadium is offering an optional discounted tour of the new stadium and its facilities. Tickets are usually $25 for adults, however, Sunday luncheon guests are being offered a $15 tour to be held prior to the luncheon. The tour includes behind the scenes access to lockers and coaches rooms, magnificent views of the city from the Sky View Lounge and a broad array of sporting memorabilia throughout the tour.
Farewell Luncheon - 28/10/18 - 12:00pm - Optus Stadium Black Swan Room
Includes a Three Course Luncheon (Drinks are not included but available from the cash bar on the day at attendees own cost)
Please Note: Tickets are required to attend all events, without a ticket you will not be permitted access to any event. You can print your tickets or bring digital copies on a mobile/tablet device.
Grand Installation Refund/Cancellation Policy
Prior to the 10/10/18 tickets may be refunded at 100% of the value of the purchase price, a refund will be granted only if the Grand Lodge of WA is notified via email at installation2018@freemasonswa.org.au prior to this date.
After the 10/10/18 no refunds will be offered regardless of circumstance or ability to attend events.
